FIFA+ to stream U19s’ games in prep tournament | IFAThe Northern Ireland Under-19 men’s team’s upcoming games against Portugal, Czechia and Hungary are to be streamed live – on FIFA’s streaming platform. The U19s are set to play the three nations in a preparation tournament ahead of the UEFA Men’s Under-19 European Championship 2024, which is being hosted by the Irish Football Association. FIFA+, which offers free access to live football action from every corner of the world, will bring the matches to a global audience, starting with tonight’s game against Hungary. Northern Ireland’s three matches in the four-team UEFA prep tournament are all being staged at Inver Park, home of Larne FC. First up they face Hungary tonight (15 November, 7 o’clock kick-off) followed by a game against the Czechs on Saturday (18 November, 7pm start). Their final match is against Portugal next Tuesday (21 November) – and it will also kick off at 7pm. Entry to each game is free, however FIFA+ will bring the action to those unable to make it to Larne via the following links: NORTHERN IRELAND U19 v HUNGARY U19 NORTHERN IRELAND U19 v CZECHIA U19 NORTHERN IRELAND U19 v PORTUGAL U19 The three other games in the tournament are all being staged at Seaview – and again entry is free. Czechia will take on Portugal in north Belfast at 3pm today, while Portugal and Hungary are scheduled to meet at Seaview on Saturday (7. 45pm start) and Hungary and Czechia will face each other at the home of Crusaders FC next Tuesday at 7pm. The Irish FA has partnered with FIFA+ since April with the aim of showcasing Northern Ireland’s international teams at all levels to the world. Since its launch the world football governing body’s streaming platform has steadily expanded its reach and added exciting new content streams in order to deliver a multi-faceted digital experience. Completely free, the platform offers an extensive archive (including all men’s and women’s FIFA World Cup matches), thousands of live fixtures every year, interactive games and predictors and a raft of original documentaries, docuseries, talk shows and shorts.
